Registration Information All parts of Registration (registration, insurance waiver, and one check made out to BVA) are due by Wednesday, October 1, 2008.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The captain of each team is responsible for delivering to the league director a team roster, all insurance waivers and a check for the entry fee (to be determined due to increased gym costs), made payable to BVA, prior to the week of open gym. Any team that does not complete these registration steps will not be scheduled during the week of open gym and will not be included on the schedule bracketing until registration is completed.
